PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing axial clearance measuring device and a rolling bearing axial clearance measuring method capable of accurately measuring an axial clearance even if an outer ring or an inner ring of a large-sized rolling bearing in which the inner ring and the outer ring are produced to be thin as compared with magnitudes of diameters is bent and deformed.;SOLUTION: A measuring device 7 comprises: a reference base 51; a support member 70; a movable member 80; and measuring means 60, the support member 70 being mounted on the reference base 51 and supporting an inner ring 2 generally horizontally. The movable member 80 includes a plurality of legs 83, is mounted on the reference base 51 generally horizontally by the legs 83, and deforms in response to a length of each leg 83 generally vertically in a state of supporting an outer ring 1. The movable member 80 is an integral object continuous along the outer ring 1 at least in a circumferential direction and deforms in a state of supporting the outer ring 1 over an entire circumference, and the measuring means 60 measures relative deformations of the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 1 in an axial direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
