PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which facilitates the cooking in accordance with the preference of the user, and to provide a heating cooking system, and a control method thereof.;SOLUTION: A heating cooker 1 includes heating means 20 for heating a cooked object 14, heating condition input means for setting the heating conditions of the cooked object 14, control means 12 for controlling the heating means 20 based on the heating conditions, and time information acquisition means 32 for acquiring the time information, i.e., at least one of the date and lapsed time, at the time of cooking the cooked object 14.
