PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurization solid phase extraction device capable of suppressing re-permeation of an extracted component to a sample caused by a compression extraction method, and suppressing degeneration of an extracted component due to air exposure, and capable of extracting a sample and sampling an extraction solvent under a pressure.;SOLUTION: A pressurization solid phase extraction device comprises an extraction container 3 for performing solvent extraction from a solid sample 1, and a sampling container 4 for collecting an extraction solvent containing extracted trace components. The extraction container 3 and the sampling container 4 are connected to a pipe having a cutout valve 14. The extraction container 3 is a pressure proof container including a gas introduction part 5, an extraction solvent introduction part 6 and a sample introduction part, and the sampling container 4 is a pressure proof container including an extraction solvent sampling part 16 and an exhaust part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
