PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a capsicum extract and/or a ginger extract, in which a pungent taste derived from the capsicum extract and/or the ginger extract is suppressed and which is easy to ingest.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of a composition containing a capsicum extract and/or a ginger extract, in which the composition is compounded so that menthol is contained in a ratio of 0.1 to less than 22 mg relative to an amount of a capsicum extract corresponding to an amount of capsaicins of 15 to 30 μg, and/or relative to an amount of a ginger extract corresponding to an amount of gingerol of 1.5 to 2.5 mg.SELECTED DRAWING: None
