improved OLED includes an emitting layer disposed between the cathode and the anode, comprises the light-emitting layer and a host material of the multi-component, a phosphorescent material. The host material comprises at least a first host compound and the second host compound, first host compound is a hole-transporting host compound having the formula I, wherein, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , and R 6 is the same or different, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, a deuterium atom, a cyano group, a trifluoromethyl group, a nitro group, a straight-chain or branched alkyl group (C1 to C6), cycloalkyl groups (C5-C10) , straight-chain or branched alkoxy group (C1 to C6), cycloalkoxy groups (C5-C10), substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted condensed polycyclic aromatic group; r 1 , r 4 , r 5 = 0,1,2,3, or 4; r 2 , r 3 , r 6 = 0,1,2, or 3; n = 0 or 1; and, Ar 1 , Ar 2 , and Ar 3 is the same or different, substituted or non-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or non-substituted aromatic heterocyclic group it can be a substituted or unsubstituted condensed polycyclic aromatic group, deuterium-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, deuterium-substituted aromatic heterocyclic group, or a deuterium-substituted condensed polycyclic aromatic group.
