PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material for three-dimensional molding, which can give a three-dimensional sintered body having fewer voids present on a surface or the like and an extremely beautiful appearance.SOLUTION: The powder material for three-dimensional molding comprises a base material coated with a resin, in which an aspect ratio of the powder material calculated by numerical formula 1: (aspect ratio (average))=X1*Y1/100+X2*Y2/100+...+Xn*Yn/100 is 0.70 or more and less than 0.90, and a coverage of the resin is 15% or more.
