PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a circularly polarizing plate with a thermal bonding function; a distortion-resistant circularly polarizing lens reinforced with backup resin; and a pair of circularly polarizing spectacles for viewing 3D movies, 3D TVs, and 3D games, which is configured such that it is difficult for lenses to come off a frame even when the pair of spectacles is used by unknown number of people, or bumps into something, or is pushed with fingers, or exposed in temperature and humidity variations, and which has a good appearance and is comfortable to wear.SOLUTION: Circularly polarizing two-eyed spectacles or circularly polarizing two-eyed goggles for stereoscopic viewing have a clockwise circularly polarizing lens and a counterclockwise circularly polarizing lens mounted in a frame. Each of the clockwise circularly polarizing lens and the counterclockwise circularly polarizing lens has a multilayered circularly polarizing plate having at least a phase retardation functional portion, linearly polarizing functional portion, thermal bonding functional portion, and injection molded resin, where the thermal bonding functional portion and the injection molded resin are adhered to each other. The clockwise circularly polarizing lens and the counterclockwise circularly polarizing lens are plano lenses, each having a central thickness of 0.7-3 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
