PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete ageless immortality by producing the version 7 of an oral ageless immortality agent and applying the latest technology to it.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to a gerontogene cutoff rejuvenation oral ageless immortality agent 7 by CRISPR-Cas9 for genome editing. Human iPS6 factors which are necessary for initialization are prepared, ingested, and initialized. A CRISPR-Cas9 containing a guide RNA which finds and cuts off the gerontogenes, such as clk-1, elt-5, and elt-6, is put into a capsule, or is coated, to be used orally. Thereby, it can be simply ingested from the mouth. Thus, all gerontogenes are cut off.
