PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support efficient and uniform management of attached equipment installed in a company house and a dormitory.SOLUTION: An attached equipment management device stores information for specifying the type of the attached equipment installed in a building of a company house and a dormitory, the information including the model and model year of the attached equipment. The attached equipment management device is connected to a server device providing information on the attached equipment via the Internet, and executes a search in a database provided by the server device with the information specifying the type of the attached equipment as a keyword, so as to acquire, from the server device, information on an advance notice or notification of discontinuation of maintenance service of the attached equipment, the information including an advance notice or notification of discontinuation of manufacture, and outputs the acquired information on a replacement candidate information screen 1000 to present to a superintendent of the company house or dormitory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
