SUCTION RECOVERY APPARATUS FOR USE IN LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction recovery apparatus that becomes especially suitable for tubal pregnancy-sparing surgery under the laparoscope and villus aspiration in abdominal pregnancy surgery, and is protective for tissue.;SOLUTION: A suction recovery apparatus is constituted of: a suction nozzle 1 serving as an inlet of an aspirate; a gripper 2 incorporating a passage in communication with the nozzle; an opening and closing switch 3 of a suction passage provided in the gripper; a collection cup 4 for receiving the aspirate; a connecting tube 5 for connecting the passage of the gripper with the collection cup; and an exhaust tube 6 for connecting the collection cup with a vacuum cleaner. In the suction nozzle, only a distal end is formed of flexible resin. Preferably, the nozzle 1 may comprise a nozzle tip 12 formed of the flexible resin and a nozzle body 11 formed of hard resin with a little flexibility, and the opening and closing switch 3 is formed of a clamp being cut off by crushing the passage. Also, a removable lid 42 is provided in the collection cup 4.
