The present invention relates to a separable harmful gas inhalator for laparoscopic surgery instrument. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a head part attached to the front end of a surgery instrument to inhale harmful gas generated from a procedure of cutting and burning a lesion or conducting hemostasis from the affected area; a hose part extended from the rear end of the head part to a predetermined length and connected with an extra inhaling device to continuously collect and move the harmful gas inhaled through the head part; and a flow rate control valve installed in a side of the hose part to enable a user to control a flow rate of the harmful gas. The head part is made of a shape-changeable and shape-recoverable material to be matched with various surgery instruments regardless of size as well as adding a tube type structure including a combination hole penetrating the center in a longitudinal direction to be penetrated by the surgery instrument.
