PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingredient coated with bread crumb for frying in oil, which causes hardly peeling of bread crumb from a surface of the ingredient during distribution and frying in oil, and a production method of food product for frying in oil which causes hardly peeling of bread crumb from a surface of the ingredient during frying in oil.SOLUTION: Provided is the ingredient coated with bread crumb for frying in oil in which, a soybean protein-containing solution including 0.5-10 mass% of soybean protein is adhered to an ingredient coated with bread crumb, the ingredient coated with bread crumb for frying in oil obtained by freezing the ingredient, and the food product for frying in oil, obtained by frying the ingredient in oil. The production method for food product for frying in oil, for frying the ingredient in oil after adhering the soybean protein-containing solution including 0.5-10 mass% of soybean protein to the surface of the ingredient coated with bread crumb, is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
