PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary vane, a gas turbine, a split ring, a stationary vane modification method, and a split ring modification method capable of reducing thermal stress while suppressing an increase of a quantity of leaking air.SOLUTION: A stationary vane includes airfoils 19 extending radially and an outer shroud 20 provided radially outward of the airfoils 19, the airfoils 19 and the outer shroud 20 being provided integrally, the stationary vane is supported in a cabin via a heat shield ring, the outer shroud 20 includes a shroud body portion 31 extending in an axial direction and a circumferential direction; and an annular hook portion 32 engaged with the heat shield ring, the hook portion 32 includes a protrusion portion 37 protruding to at least one side in the axial direction and having a seal surface 45 on at least one side in a protruding radial direction and a recessed portion 50 provided at least partially in the circumferential direction and recessed axially so as to provide the seal surface 45 in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
