PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the restriction of dangerous driving by a driver.SOLUTION: Planned departure time when a driver plans to depart for a meeting place by a vehicle so as to arrive at the place in time is input in a terminal of the driver. Then, the planned departure time is transmitted to a terminal of a meeting party who has a meeting with the driver. When the meeting party performs a predetermined operation indicating approval for the planned departure time on the terminal of the meeting party, the agreement of the planned departure time is established between the driver and the meeting party by transmitting the approval to the terminal of the driver. Thus, responsibility on the setting of the planned departure time is shared between the driver and the meeting party, so that the driver can reduce a feeling of frustration even in the possibility of delay due to, for example, congestion during movement in a case where the driver has departed as planned.
