PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text analysis device, text analysis method, text analysis program, and recording medium, with which text analysis in terms of the content, attribute of the writer, and attitude can be performed even if text data includes no information on the content, attribute of the writer, or attitude.SOLUTION: A text analysis device includes: a text input part that receives the input of a text to be analyzed; a meta information providing part that provides each meta information to each range of the text; and a meta related information output part that outputs meta related information having the ranges of the text associated with the meta information provided to the ranges. The meta information providing part includes: a content meta information providing part that provides content meta information indicating topics and fields of the ranges of the text; a writer attribute meta information providing part that provides writer attribute meta information indicating the attribute of a writer of the ranges of the text; and an attitude meta information providing part that provides attitude meta information indicating the attitude of the writer of the ranges of the text.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
