DRAINAGE TUBE FOR TREATING BARTHOLIN DUCT ABSCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage tube which is advantageous in the aspect of an operation for treating a Bartholin duct abscess and can reduce the burden of a patient.SOLUTION: The drainage tube is provided, which includes: a conduit member having a first end part, a second end part, and a drainage passage between both ends to insert the first end part into an affected part of a Bartholin duct abscess through an incised part; a first wing member provided at an outer periphery of the first end part side to prevent the conduit member inserted into the affected part from being separated; and a second wing member provided at an outer periphery of the second end part side to limit the insertion depth of the conduit member to the affected part. Thus, pus or the like is smoothly drained from the affected part while the incised part (a surgery portion) is healed, and the drainage tube is removed from the surgery portion after the incised part is healed to form a drainage hole corresponding to the outer periphery of the conduit member at the surgery portion.
