PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-D gesture control imaging device that allows a photographer to intuitively operate the device.SOLUTION: A touch panel 132 capable of detecting a change in capacitance in a three-dimensional space detects a change in capacitance of a gesture of a photographer, and an input part 111 acquires the change. A gesture recognition part 112 recognizes a gesture when the photographer's thumb and forefinger are separated from each other and thereby a lens adjustment part 114 adjusts focus, recognizes a gesture to bring the photographer's thumb and forefinger in contact with each other and thereby an imaging part 115 performs shutter release, recognizes a gesture to rotate when the photographer's thumb and forefinger are separated from each other and thereby the lens adjustment part 114 performs zooming, recognizes a gesture where the photographer opens one closed hand and thereby a light emitting part 113 turns a flash ON, and recognizes a gesture where the photographer closes one open hand and thereby the light emitting part 113 turns the flash OFF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
