PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify which one of a node and a propagation path causes a network failure in the case where data missing occurs.;SOLUTION: When sensor data to be collected by a radio sensor network are missed (S1: Yes), regarding a reception level of reception power between neighboring nodes to a node where the sensor data are being missed, a value before the occurrence of missing of the sensor data and a value after the occurrence are compared. If the value of the reception level of the reception power is changed, it is determined that the propagation path causes the network failure. If the value of the reception level of the reception power is not changed, it is determined that the node per se where the sensor data are being missed, causes the network failure (S2 and S3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
