PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a tool set for finding colon cancer by specifying a biological indicator compound (biomarker) indicating the presence of colon cancer and the combination thereof.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method for detecting colon cancer of a subject, the method including the steps of: acquiring a biological sample from a subject; detecting at least one biomarker of the biological sample; and comparing the concentration and/or the expression level of the at least one biomarker of the biological sample to the concentration and/or the expression level of at least one biomarker of a normal control sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
