PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disassembling/recovery facilities and a disassembling/recovery construction method capable of quickly disassembling and removing a structure outside a furnace bottom of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel and recovering stuck fuel debris and also capable of quickly installing required equipment.SOLUTION: A guide rail 26 extending from the outside of a biological shield wall 1a to a pedestal opening 13a, a carrying device 28 that is guided by the guide rail 26 to carry a disassembled piece Y or fuel debris, and a manipulator 30 capable of traveling to the pedestal opening 13a are prepared. The manipulator 30 includes: a disassembling tool 32; and a polyarticular arm 34 capable of three-dimensionally moving the disassembling tool 32 from the pedestal opening 13a to a bottom face within the pedestal and a lower surface of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel 2. The manipulator 30 disassembles a structure X outside a furnace bottom in order from the lower part, and the carrying device 28 carries the disassembled piece Y or the fuel debris from the inside of the pedestal to the outside of the biological shield wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
