PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromato reagent for measuring a polyvalent antigen having a wide measuring range in an immunochromatography measurement method using the polyvalent antigen as a measuring object, and using gold colloid as a marker.;SOLUTION: A conjugate for measuring a polyvalent antigen is obtained from a mixed liquor of a solution of a monoclonal antibody against the polyvalent antigen which is a measurement target object and gold colloid solution. A conjugate for measuring the polyvalent antigen in which an antibody concentration in the mixed liquor agrees with an antibody concentration of 1/4-1/2 of the maximum binding antibody concentration of the antibody to the gold colloid is used, to thereby obtain a wider measuring range than hitherto.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
