PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform status management while requiring no storage space for a request letter.SOLUTION: A requested work management system comprises: request letter creation means for creating, on the basis of a request letter format and user input information, data for a request letter including a code image in which request content information is embedded; image transmission means for transmitting the request letter's image to a designated destination; first image registration means for registering, with a granted first status, an image file including the request letter's image transmitted by the image transmission means in a folder that is on a memory area and corresponds to the request content information in the code image included in the request letter; image reception means for receiving an image of a response document added to the request letter; and second image registration means for registering, with a granted second status, an image file including the image of the response document received by the image reception means in a folder that is on the memory area and corresponds to the request content information in the code image included in the response document.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
