PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-through electrochemical hydrazine sensor exhibiting a linear response at a high hydrazine concentration (2-4M) and applicable to a fuel cell vehicle while being suited for various applications.;SOLUTION: A hydrazine sensor includes an action electrode containing a hydrazine catalyst exhibiting a linear response at a hydrazine concentration of 2-4M. Specifically, the hydrazine catalyst comprises Ni as well as La, Zn, Mo or the other metal.
