Specific fluorescent probe molecules and applications based on pseudoesterase hydrolysis reaction of albumin are based on pseudoesterase activity characteristic of human serum albumin (HSA). That is, under the condition of physiological pH value, HSA is a fluorescent probe molecule having an ester bond structure (Ex= 342 nm, Em= 416 nm), and its own amino acid covalently bonds with a carboxy group in the molecular structure of the probe and releases a hydrolysis product containing a free phenolic hydroxyl group. The product is characterized in that the fluorescence emission spectrum is a fluorescent skeleton molecule of the substrate molecule (Ex= 452 nm, Em= 564 nm), it is possible to measure the corresponding HSA content in the system based on the concentration of the measured fluorescent scaffold molecule. The probe molecule can be used to measure the absolute amount of albumin in a biological sample. The advantage of the probe molecule is high accuracy, high sensitivity of measurement, low environmental interference effect, and coexistence with various endogenous substances, exogenous drugs, surfactants and the like.(FIG.
