PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify the mechanism associated with aging on the cell level in the skin, and to develop a drug which can activate skin cells, and further to provide a screening method of the substance which can delay or reverse the progression of cell aging by identifying the mechanism associated with aging in cells.SOLUTION: We found out that the functional inhibition of ORAI3 protein or Orai3 gene is involved in skin aging to provide a skin cell activator by identifying that these functional inhibitors have a skin cell activating effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
