PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a more proper advertisement to each customer in shopping in a real sales floor.SOLUTION: A shopping support system comprises a customer terminal which a customer uses, and a server. The customer terminal is used by being attached to a shopping cart which the customer uses, reads commodity identification information from a commodity in the shopping cart, then sends the commodity identification information to the server, and receives advertisement information from the server and then displays it. The server receives the commodity identification information from the customer terminal and registers the commodity identification information in shopping information of the customer. The server creates advertisement information corresponding to the commodity which is indicated by the commodity identification information included in the shopping information of the customer, and then sends the advertisement information to the customer terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
