PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a menu screen construction apparatus configured to improve convenience of a user.SOLUTION: A menu screen construction apparatus includes: an image storage section 101 for storing menu images for one or more items; a graphic arrangement operation receiving section 103 which receives a graphic arrangement operation for arranging one or more graphics on a menu image; a graphic arrangement section 104 which arranges one or more graphics corresponding to the graphic arrangement operation, on the menu image; a processing related information receiving section 106 which receives processing related information, which relates to one or more pieces of processing to be executed when an instruction for specifying an area where the graphics of the menu image are arranged is received with respect to one or more graphics arranged by the graphic arrangement section 104; and an accumulation section 107 which accumulates area information indicating the area where the graphics are arranged in the menu image and the processing related information received with respect to the graphics, in association with the menu image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
