Rear-end collision prevention device and its operation system

A rear-end collision prevention mechanism and a control device constituting the operation system of the mechanism are connected to an electronic circuit of the vehicle, have a signal receiver and a signal transmitter, a GPS antenna, an accelerator pedal encoder, and a third brake light. The following functions are achieved through collaboration. That is, when the vehicle travels on the highway or highway at a speed that does not reach the minimum allowable speed, the third brake light is activated and blinks, and the accelerator pedal encoder is turned on for the third 0.5 seconds before the brake pedal is operated.
