PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting stay simple mounting member having a sufficient holding force to a stay, a mounting mechanism and fittings.;SOLUTION: This fitting stay simple mounting member includes a first gripping member and a second gripping member for gripping both left-and-right ends of a base board of a stay, and first and second protrusions extending to an upper direction are formed at both the left-and-right ends of the base board. Since both the left-and-right ends of the base board of the stay are fixed by the first gripping member and the second gripping member, and the movement of the base board in three directions of vertical, left-and-right, and fore-and-aft directions is regulated by the gripping members, the fitting stay simple mounting member allows one worker to singly and easily mount a Shoji attached with the stay to a window frame, and an operation becomes very easy. After the completion of the mounting of the stay, the first gripping member and the second gripping member which are located at both the ends of the base board of the stay hold relative forces to the base board of the stay.
