PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out testing of adhesive force of a paint film having high adhesive force in a short time without peeling off the paint film.;SOLUTION: When the pressure of a space R1 to be decompressed included in a decompression chamber 11 is P1, and the pressure of a space R2 to be pressurized included in a compression chamber 12 is P2, a pressure difference P1-P2 is increased by a decompressor 13 and a pressurizer 14. If a portion 10a of a paint film 10 is not peeled off before the pressure difference P1-P2 reaches the reference pressure difference, the separation will not occur since the decompression chamber 11 is separated from the paint film 10 when the pressure difference P1-P2 reaches the reference pressure difference.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
