METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TESTING PHYSICAL PROPERTY OF PAINT FILM OF PAINTED STEEL PLATE

PURPOSE:To make the performances of products of various shapes after working of painted steel plates identifiable easily in a short time by allowing the other worked coated surface on the coated surface and applying prescribed pressure thereon upon their sliding surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Samples 1a and 1b are mounted by means of bolts 14 to a holding table 15 in such a manner that the former opposes to the latter, and the contact face pressures of the samples 1a and 1b are adjusted by means of a bolt 13. A mounting table 19 is vertically moved by a required sliding distance to realize the use and transporting states of fabricated products and the test is carried out in arbitrary states. Hence, the change in the painted surfaces B of the respective samples are detected.
