PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable logistic device having a configuration suitable for down-sizing the entirety, and to provide a configuration method thereof.SOLUTION: A PLD1 has a plurality of LEs 2 arranged two-dimensionally, and configured so that the logical operation results data is inputted to a LE 2 of next stage in the row direction of arrangement, by commonizing a path for inputting the configuration data to a memory 11 and a path for inputting the operation data. The LE 2 outputs the operation results data in the input direction of the operation data, and when the configuration data is inputted to the LE 2, an enable control circuit 8 outputs the enable signals for writing the configuration data in the memory collectively for each LE 2 arranged in the row direction of the arrangement.
