PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat and oil composition for spread having good flavor expression.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water-in-oil type emulsified fat and oil composition for spread satisfies all following (1)-(4). (1) Its aqueous phase contains common salt and/or whey minerals. (2) Its external oil phase and aqueous phase contain phospholipids. (3) The content of the external oil phase is 50 mass% or more. (4) Its internal oil phase contains taste components. The taste components are preferably milk fat. The oil-in-water-in-oil type emulsified fat and oil composition for spread preferably contains a lactic acid fermentation flavor material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
