PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To administer an iron preparation and a red blood cell producing hormone with correlation in good balance to bring blood hemoglobin within a target range.SOLUTION: A drug dosage information providing processing includes: selecting red blood cell producing hormone dosage conversion tables 11 to 16 (Figs. 5 to 10) according to increase/decrease in the past dose of the red blood cell producing hormone (Fig. 11, steps 34 to 50); determining administration conditions A to G in the table from current data (first data) Hb1 and monthly variation data (first variation data) &Dgr;Hb; outputting information for decreasing the dose of the red blood cell producing hormone (administration conditions A and B, step 57), maintaining the current dose (administration conditions C to E, step 64), and increasing the dose (administration conditions F and G, step 77), as the monthly variation data &Dgr;Hb becomes larger in principle; and when decreasing the dose, if the administration of an iron preparation is decreased (step 60), correcting the information to the information for maintaining the current dose (step 61).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
