PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water feeder control device capable of leveling a total sum of electrical power supplied from a high voltage total electricity receiving service business to each of householders when a plurality of hot water feeders are operated in the case that the high voltage total electricity receiving service business supply electrical power to each of householders of housing complex where a plurality of households have hot water feeders installed therein.SOLUTION: Hot water feeder information derivation means 51 derives an operating time and a consumption power of a hot water feeder of each of the householders in the housing complex on the basis of weather information near housing complex including a plurality of households having hot water feeders and hot water feeder state information.
