PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control circuit which is suitable for controlling lighting in a state where a floodlight having solid light emitting elements is attached to an existing lighting device for a fluorescent lamp as substitute for the fluorescent lamp.;SOLUTION: A lighting control circuit controls lighting of a series light emitting body 10 and includes: a rectification part 12 which is connected with a stabilizer 3, to which commercial AC power E is supplied, and converts an AC current into a DC current Iv; a smoothing capacitor 13 which removes an AC component included in the DC current output from the rectification part 12; a resistor 18 which detects a current flowing through the series light emitting body 10; a switching element 16 which conducts on-off control; a DC cut choke coil 17 provided between the series light emitting body 10 and the switching element 16; and an inductor 15 provided between the stabilizer 3 and the smoothing capacitor 13.
