PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jobseeker information input system which allows information equivalent to a primary interview to be acquired, and a management system capable of controlling the jobseeker information input system.;SOLUTION: There is provided a jobseeker information input system 3 which is operated on a jobseeker terminal 3 and transmits jobseeker information 36 from a jobseeker including an interview video 361 photographed by interview photographing means 31 to a management system 1 operating on a recruiter server. In photographing, questions are outputted, whereas there is provided a question history 152 and questions which are not experienced in past jobseeker information by the jobseeker are included.
