PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting efficacy of peptide vaccine therapy to a cancer patient, a kit for predicting efficacy of peptide vaccine therapy to a cancer patient, and an agent for improving efficacy of peptide vaccine therapy to a cancer patient.SOLUTION: A method for predicting efficacy of peptide vaccine therapy to a cancer patient measures an expression level of microRNA in tissue or body fluid of a subject, wherein the microRNA is at least one kind of microRNA selected from (1) hsa-miR-147b, (2) hsa-miR-486-5p, (3) hsa-miR-125b-1-3p and (4) hsa-miR-196b-3p, (5) hsa-miR-378a-3p, (6) hsa-miR-196b-5p, (7) hsa-miR-224-5p, (8) hsa-miR-20b-5p, (9) hsa-miR-659-3p, (10) hsa-miR-1184, (11) hsa-miR-18b-5p, (12) hsa-miR-135b-5p, and (13) hsa-miR-23c.
