PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve enhancement of workability and reduction of dry load by generating a uniform incombustible plate on a coating layer 5 on an incombustible plate A having a coating layer on a surface of a substrate for building 1 to provide sufficient performance regarding gas barrier property or incombustibility and reducing the number of coating.SOLUTION: A coating layer 5 consisting of incombustible composition is formed on a surface of a substrate for building 1 via a sealer layer 3. The incombustible composition contains a fine powder of purified bentonite having high purity with the percentage content of montmorillonite of 85 wt.% or more and a soap free emulsion resin. The coating layer 5 is formed with the amount of montmorillonite of 3.3 g/mor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
