TAKEOFF SECURITY SYSTEM, CENTRAL DEVICE AND TAKEOFF CONTROL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of a cost required for a ground segment for train detection and to prevent non-cutoff of a takeoff.;SOLUTION: In a takeoff security system 1, a central device 10 extracts a takeoff 20 on route as a control object, and notifies and stores a warning start time calculated with respect to each takeoff 20 as a control object to a corresponding takeoff control apparatus 30. When the takeoff security system receives a reception response to notification of the warning start time from all takeoff control apparatuses 30 as control objects, the system sends an advancement signal to an on-board device 50 of a train 40.
