The main tape spring 11 is wound around the mandrel 13, a first end 82 of the main tape spring 11 being fixed on the mandrel 13. The method comprises the following steps of: fixing a first end 71 of the secondary tape spring 61 at a predefined distance from a second end 81 of the main tape spring 11; and fixing a second end 72 of the secondary tape spring 61 on the mandrel 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
