PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positional accuracy during movement of a motor.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a motor controller for starting drive control of a motor according to a start instruction from an upper rank controller includes: reception means for receiving the start instruction; output means for outputting a control signal for the motor; and change means for changing the control signal on the basis of a time difference generated between first timing at which the reception means receives the start instruction and second timing at which the output means outputs the control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
