PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device, a server program, and a server operation method capable of solving the respective problems of four parties, namely, a user, a service executioner, a company being a commodity seller, and a Web site, by enabling the user, the company wishing to carry out questionnaire, and the commodity seller to associate with each other through one Web site in a shopping site to achieve a mechanism enabling the user to buy commodities even when the user has no money.;SOLUTION: A service executioner can provide points to a user who cooperates with services such as questionnaire implemented by the service executioner by exchanging money for points in a Web site, the user can buy commodities by using the obtained points, a commodity seller can increase sales through user's purchase of commodities by using the points, and the Web site can obtain exchange fees from the commodity seller through commodity seller's exchanging of the obtained points for money.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
