PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely correct difference in color reproduction area between a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: There are provided a device color data acquisition part 11 for acquiring device color data in which color information in color space dependent on a device and color information in color space independent of a device are made to correspond to each other for each device, a correction target generation part 12 in which color gamut shared between a plurality of devices is generated from device color data of each device, and is set as a target which is a reproduction target in a case where image is formed at each device, an image acquisition section 21 for acquiring input image data from outside, a color correction parameter generation part 22 which generates a color correction parameter on the basis of the device color data and the target of each device, a color conversion section 23 which performs color conversion by referencing a color correction parameter of each device, and an image output section 24 for outputting an output image data to which color conversion has been applied to each device.
