PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of customer information in executing a web application on a browser of a smart device.SOLUTION: In a store 11, customer information is first retrieved from a local database 6 into a local storage 13 of a smartphone 10 via a wireless LAN 9. Outside the store 11, the customer information is imported into a web application on a browser of the smartphone 10 and displayed. The customer information to be imported into and used in the web application is retrieved from the local database 6 to the local storage 13 of the smartphone 10 via the wireless LAN 9, without flowing on the Internet 3. Hacking can be prevented by preventing physical access to the device or the local network, thereby preventing leakage of customer information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
