The method involves loading web applications (WIDG-1, WIDG-2) by an application management module (AM), and storing information in a data structure (L1), where the information identifies the functionality provided by the concerned application and all types of input data for executing each accepted feature of the application. Performance data obtained by execution of a feature associated with one application is determined, and a functionality of the other application is executed by applying the determined performance data as input to the other application. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for creating a link between execution of two web applications (2) a computer program product for creating a link between execution of two web applications (3) a web application stored on an information medium including program instructions for creating a link between execution of two web applications.
