PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct shaking in a case where large shaking is generated in a photographed dynamic image, and to obtain a dynamic image having continuity.;SOLUTION: A dynamic image photographing device comprises: shaking correction means for cutting out a partial image having predetermined size from an image of each frame included in photographed dynamic image data, and adjusting a position of each cutout partial image on the basis of a detected shaking amount to correct shaking of the dynamic image data; and control means for performing control of changing the predetermined size on the basis of the detected shaking amount. For a first frame section where a shaking amount of a first threshold or more is detected, the control means performs first control of determining the predetermined size on the basis of the shaking amount detected corresponding to the frame in the same first frame section.
