PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF energy harvesting device capable of taking in peripheral RF energy.SOLUTION: A high frequency (RF) energy harvesting device (rectenna) includes: an antenna structure configured to be resonated in an RF frequency; and a rectifier circuit for easily taking in a multi-band RF signal having a low energy level by using two zero bias Schottky diodes D1 and D2 having different forward voltage values and different peak backward voltage values. A positive voltage pulse generated from a taken-in RF signal generated at a first antenna end point 121 is sent to a first internal node by the first diode and summed up with a second RF signal generated at a second antenna end point 122 therein, such that a first intermediate voltage having a sufficiently high voltage level is generated. Next, the positive voltage pulse is sent from the first internal node to an output control circuit via the second diode and converted into an available DC output voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
