PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA aptamer specifically bound to EN2 (Engrailed-2), one of the biomarkers used for prostate cancer diagnosis, to provide a biosensor for prostate cancer diagnosis containing this, and to provide information for prostate cancer diagnosis.;SOLUTION: Provided is a DNA aptamer specifically bound to EN2 composed of base sequences consisting of a specific sequence. Provided is a biosensor for prostate cancer diagnosis comprising the EN2 specific DNA aptamer; and a basal plate in which the above DNA aptamer is fixed.
