PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method using microwaves, which enables operation on different scales, whether in laboratories, on a semi-industrial or industrial scale, without forfeiting the advantages of continuous dielectric heating.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method by intermittent microwave dielectric heating combined with a recycling system of reactants, in heat treatment in a chemical synthesis. The reactant is recirculated between a buffer reactor and reactor with a recycling pump, thereby subjecting the reactants to electromagnetic waves selected in the frequencies ranging between 3 MHZ and 300 GHz intermittently using a recycling system. This process enables the treatment of oils that are hardly absorbent. Preferably, microwave are given at 915 MHz (with a tolerance of 1.54%) or at 2.45 GHz (with a tolerance of 2%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
